One-Year Unconditional Warranty
If for any reason a ProMaster product fails within one year of the date of purchase return the product with dated sales receipt to your ProMaster dealer and it will be exchanged for you at no charge. ProMaster products are guaranteed for one full year against defects in workmanship and materials. If at any time after one year, your ProMaster product fails under normal use, we invite you to return it to ProMaster for evaluation.

In certain cases, a longer warranty may apply. Please refer to the product documentation supplied with the ProMaster product for the warranty term.

If your ProMaster product requires service, we recommend that you return to your ProMaster dealer for prompt service. If this is not possible, please contact ProMaster by email at ahuman@promaster.com or call 203-292-4428. We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

ProMaster 30-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your ProMaster purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

Return Policy Exclusions
Open consumable items (inkjet paper, darkroom paper, etc.) are eligible for warranty replacement only and are not subject to ProMaster’s 30-Day Return Policy.

ProMaster’s 30-Day Return Policy applies only to purchases made from ProMaster.com. Items purchased from an authorized ProMaster retailer are not subject to ProMaster’s 30-Day Return Policy. Please visit or contact the authorized ProMaster retailer with whom you made your purchase for information about their return policy.

Shipping Tips
Place your item back into the original ProMaster retail packaging. Then place it and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Exchanges
Please allow 5-7 business days for exchanges to be processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. Please note, we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited Liability
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. ProMaster is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. ProMaster is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us.
